About Carrie

craniosacral therapist / massage therapist / educator / student

THERE IS NO PASSION TO BE FOUND IN PLAYING SMALL - IN SETTLING FOR A LIFE THAT IS LESS THAN THE ONE YOU ARE CAPABLE OF LIVING | Nelson Mandela

Carrie has always had a passion for helping and healing. As a young child, she would befriend unruly and wild animals and nurture sick ones back to health. In noticing the smallest details, she would discover the root to the problems that no one else saw.
As an adult, Carrie has studied a wide range of subjects, but her biggest passion has been her connections to people through helping others. Sometimes, that was digging through symptoms and research while managing a health and vitamin store. Sometimes that was capturing an image of a client that allowed their soul to shine through. In each of those, there were moments of true alignment.

In 2011, Carrie became a mother. This brought her level of understanding connection to a whole new level. She became even more passionate about alternative health and her tool box expanded exponentially.
Carrie is now a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with CMMOTA. She is also currently a student at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada and will graduate in October of 2021. Until then, she will be integrating her new skills into her massage practice. Carrie is incredibly passionate about CranioSacral Therapy and constantly continues her education in this field. Her current practice has brought her back to where she began, noticing the smallest details to facilitate healing of the root of the problem.
